Woods, Hybrids & Irons.-  Very light scratches on the sole: none or barely visible ball marks on the face.

Putters.- Minimal use, may have very light scratches on the sole.

VERY GOOD: These clubs have been well maintained and have shafts and grips in very good condition.

Woods & Hybrids.- Light scratches on the sole, minor paint chips, lightly visible ball marks on the face.

Irons.- Light scratches on the sole, minimal groove wear, and lightly visible ball marks on the face.

Putters.-  Light scratches on the sole, normal ball marks barely visible on the face.

GOOD: These clubs have seen their fair share of usage but have been well cared for, shafts and grips in good playable condition.

Woods & Hybrids.- Normal scratches on the sole, paint chips on the crown and around the edge of the head, and visible ball marks on the face.

Irons.- Normal scratches on the sole, light groove wear, and normal ball marks on the face. 

Putters.- Normal scratches on the sole, normal ball marks on the face.

FAIR: These clubs have plenty of use and visible wear: shafts and grips in playable condition but might need to be changed soon.

Woods & Hybrids.- Moderate to heavy scratches on the sole, large paint chips on the crown, and around the edge of the head, ball marks on the face, possible nicks, and dings on the head.
